We have simplified the way you would execute a report – all KPIs are now “reports”, they are on the home screen and all the data and various breakdowns will load in the background.
You can still breakdown the report into days, weeks, months, quarters or years!
There is also now a back button to easily go back to the previous page!

KPIs
Broken Appointments: algorithm has been revamped to be more accurate. It will now include whether a next appointment was made or not, it will track the audit trail to track these and also track if there was a charge put in for it.
Production Category: there have been huge accuracy enhancements here. All the KPIs will now factor in future estimates as well if future dates are selected.
Other Enhancements
The zoom settings will now stick and be saved.
Patient’s Finder Billing Type will now show the friendly name instead of the definition number.
You will be prompted to download and install a system registry modification to allow Practice Visuals to open a selected patient directly in OpenDental.
If an update is available, you will now be asked at the start screen.
Bug Fixes
Certain automations were defaulting to 12AM (midnight) – this has been fixed but you will have to remove and setup the automation again.
End of Day report’s Patients Not Reappointed list was showing all patients instead of just those that were not reappointed.
